Vehicle needs new brakes before being placed back on Turo . It was raining when I rented out the car

The vehicle was taken to a repair shop, where the brakes were replaced. Everything is working properly, and the car is now in excellent condition and ready to go!

Car was very clean, it was an easy pick up and drop off and the communication was excellent.
The only thing I would complain was the noise inside the car either from the engine or the wheels, I can’t tell, for a trip of more than 500 miles it was kind of uncomfortable.

Thank you for your feedback! You were right about the noise; the brakes were worn and causing the sound. The vehicle has since been taken to a repair shop, and the brakes have been replaced. The issue has been completely resolved, and the car is now in excellent condition with no unusual noises. It’s ready for the road! We appreciate you bringing this to our attention.
