Thank you so much for everything! The vehicle was in excellent condition—very clean, well maintained, and exactly as described. The pick-up instructions were clear and easy to follow, making the entire process seamless from start to finish.
Communication was outstanding throughout the trip. Everyone was kind, responsive, and helpful whenever we had a question. We had absolutely no issues during our rental and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. We returned the vehicle with a full tank and are very grateful for such a smooth and professional service.

Car is great but communication is not good. Takes too long answer your messages and don’t answer the phone. I had an issue with the return, where I parked in the very same spot #199 from where I picked the car, but they said I could not park here, otherwise they would charge $100 for the day. By this time I had locked the car key in the lock box and for any reason my Turo app was not letting me in to get the lock box code again, so I tried to text and call Greg with no answer. Had to wait for about 45 minutes, standing in the side of the car when I finally was able to get into Turo and get the code.
The text requesting the lockbox code after the vehicle had been returned was sent n a manner that was not typical. I felt it was a scam and I didn’t feel comfortable sending the code especially where it had already been provided to the guest. Not sure I would have done anything under the circumstances given how the request was made. Thank you.

The car was nice, smooth, and had a great AC system. Gregory was a fantastic host and responded fairly quickly.
