Pickup was easy. Car was clean but had an odor. Communication was good.

Thank you for your feedback, Shelby! Unfortunately, the previous trip left a smoke odor in the vehicle, we did throughly clean the vehicle and did our best to rid the smell before your reservation. And we believed we got all the smell out prior to your trip. However, we are deeply sorry if some of the smell still lingered. We did reach out immediately to try to address this issue further. We appreciate your understanding and the opportunity to address your concern.
Host was absolutely amazing! While out we were unexpectedly towed due to parking on the street and we had no knowledge. The towing company 813 towing service was so terrible and made us wait almost until 7pm to get the car back but the host went out there way to handle what was needed to let us get the car back so I’m grateful. So thank you guys for being so understanding and handling that situation. I would most definitely rent again! Car was just as great as the host.

One small note, vehicle might need a battery soon! It was a hair slow on starting a few times! Other than that, car is in great shape!
