Car pick up was horrible, battery was very low when I picked it up. The gentleman who dropped the car off had no idea about things and said he just works for his buddy who told him to drop the car.

Thanks for being our guest! The vehicle was detailed right before drop off. We tried to accommodate your earlier arrival last minute which we had to cut into charging time. While we understand traveling can get the best of us. Yelling at our delivery driver is NEVER acceptable especially in front of your child.
