My car was in the shop with an unknown eta. By day 3/5 my car was ready and there was a $50 plus difference of returning it that same night or the next morning. I refilled the gas took pics left key he read the message but never confirmed the drop off. The next day I called he advised me to keep the veh to which I informed him I already dropped the veh off and he knew this because the message showed read but he never confirmed nor denied. I contacted support who advised me of the refund policy. Since I’m still paying for the vehicle I should go pick it back up then right? I basically parked it outside his pickup for the night. WRONG. He rebooked my vehicle and sold it while my trip was still in effect. So now he’s double dipping all while he could’ve just accepted my return. I have to contact support again to receive a full refund because he was not able to provide my vehicle back and still made me pay. Absolutely not!

Smoking in any Turo vehicle will result in a $150 fine
