I loved the car. The key was dead so a lot of time was wasted trying to figure that out. I had to pay for a battery in order for me to keep my reservation plus I had plans…. I was not reimbursed or anything even after I sent a pic of the receipt. Just think the owners can be more accommodating.

Thanks so much! Communication was A1 and the transitions of picking up and dropping off was perfect! This was a great experience for my first time using Turo! Many memories were had and this car is apart of them! Welcomed my brother home from deployment, his son’s prom, and also my sister’s memorial. Thanks again, I will most definitely be spreading the word and utilizing your services again!
