The brakes was squeaking very badly the radio kept going on and off by itself. I wouldn’t rent from them again.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry the trip did not meet your expectations. After the vehicle was returned, our team inspected the braking system and found no safety-related issue. Brake noise can occasionally occur from normal pad or rotor conditions, but we still addressed the concern. The radio system was also checked but didn't found any issued. We truly appreciate your feedback and will continue improving our vehicle inspection process.
