The start of the trip was a little rocky. I updated my pickup time from 10 PM to 8 PM, so that may have contributed, but minutes before my reservation I was notified that the original vehicle wasn’t available. The host switched me to another car and honored my original price, which I appreciated.
The replacement car was difficult to locate because the license plate in the photos didn’t match, and I was told the doors were unlocked, but they were actually locked until the host unlocked them remotely.
The vehicle had a strong odor inside, the tire pressure light came on twice during my trip, and the car felt like it needed maintenance. I messaged the host about the tire pressure before returning it but didn’t receive a response.
Overall, I appreciated the host honoring my original price, but the pickup process and the condition of the vehicle could be improved.
