Overall great till a mechanical issue. However the host was amazing and Turo roadside was very helpful as well

Thank you, Gretchen, glad the Q5 was great overall. A faulty ignition coil is a common, easy fix; ours took about five minutes and the car was back on the road right away. This kind of failure cannot be predicted, even with regular maintenance and periodic coil replacement. Thanks for the understanding, and we would love to have you back anytime!
