The car was great! It was perfect for our family trip, and it was able to accommodate 3 adults and 2 kids in child seats with the 3rd row folded and used entirely for luggage.
My only wish getting in and out of the parking garage was easier. The car is huge and not getting used to its dimensions makes the driver sweating when navigating through the gates.
The host was responsive and answered all questions quickly.
