Car was a little dirty there was dog hair in the trunk. Also had a hole in the tire that I had to repair myself
Hello. I had thoroughly cleaned the car before renting it out to you, but when you returned it, it was quite dirty，—It took me quite a bit of effort to get the car cleaned up again. As for the flat tire, that occurred nearly half a day after you had taken the vehicle—it was certainly not the result of any negligence on our part，There is a spare tire kept in the trunk. I was actually quite surprised that you went ahead and replaced it with a brand-new one. In any case, thank you!
