We had a great experience renting from Urban Connect thru Turo. The vehicle was clean, drove well and was perfect for our weekend trip. The pickup location was very convenient, the price was great for the weekend and communication from the host was excellent throughout the entire rental process. They were responsive, helpful, and made everything easy.
The only minor issue we experienced was with the rear tailgate, which would occasionally start closing while we were loading luggage. Other than that, everything went smoothly, and we would definitely rent from Urban Connect again.
