The tires on this car were cracked, 10 years old and extremely dangerous. Multiple tire shops said that they were ready to burst at any moment, resulting in a serious car accident. The car should not have been loaned out. The host offered to end the trip early, which was unacceptable as it would cost me an exuberant amount to book a last minute car. I had to phone around 20 tire shops trying to get the tires changed, the host didn’t even offer to seek out tire shops near me for my convenience. I had to seek them out myself, wasting my own time calling around because I couldn’t afford the cost and time of returning the car. There was also an issue with the acceleration, the car doesn’t immediately go. You had to press down for a few seconds before the car moved. I was very disappointed, as the last vehicle I rented from urban, I had to return because the engine oil light came on, so this was the second car that had issues. It seems that the host does not properly service the vehicles before they are loaned out.

Vehicle is 2018, how can it have 10 yr old tires? You were just being bluffed by the tire shop tech to get the tires changed. We offered to return the vehicle or to have tires replaced at our tire shop and you still insist to get them near where you are staying and you are not that far away. You probably got some money back from the tire shop. If you hate the car so much, why you ask to extend for another month and made me bother the next guest to switch to another car?
Everything was beyond my expectations.
