The Tiguan handled well on the road and met my needs for commuting to work and back home. Am a fan of the sound system. Host was a super cool guy and easy to communicate with regarding issues with the key lock box, so he met me outside to retrieve the keys. After returning the vehicle he even offered a ride to the nearby train station. Acts of kindness never go unforgotten. Thank you sir, look forward to potentially renting from you again.

This was a 1 star guest, we asked what happened to his only 2 trips ever on the platform to receive this rating and he shared he crashed both previous vehicles and cause immense damage. We were not comfortable renting to someone with this little history on the app and only crashed rentals.
