The car was not clean, and smelled of cigarettes. This was our first Turo experience, and we will not use it again.

The vehicle was thoroughly cleaned and inspected before pickup, and our pre trip photos reflect its condition at the start of the reservation. There was no smoke odor present before or during pickup, and the odor was only noticed after the vehicle was returned. We take cleanliness very seriously and have escalated this matter through Turo for review.
We do not welcome you as a renter of our vehicles moving forward.
