The vehicle was great ride smooth, the host were incredibly reliable and responsive, helped me with a minor booking issue. The overall Chen in and check out process was so smooth, pinned to my favs, will book again :)

The customer service was not very professional at all
For someone that is not familiar with the airport parking, it was a little difficult to locate car. A call back was requested for assistance but no call was ever received. There was an issue with the ticket for parking, no help was offered but was told to visit different pay stations. I would not rent from this host again.
Customer service was definitely not a priority with them.
