Car was great. Drove smoothly and got great gas mileage. Would definitely rent again. The only thing there was a little bit of an odd smell when picking it up but it did go away eventually by airing it out. Drives great and loved that it has apple play. Decent sound system too.

This reservation was an experience I must admit it wasn’t my favorite; however it had nothing to do with the host/hosts. The pickup was precise and communication was effective. For it to be a 2022 VW the features appear to be outdated, for example, the manual seat adjustments. Overall, clean and well maintained vehicle.

All features are up to date; there's higher trim levels of the same model we have. We even offer brand new models in our fleet.
We would also like to add that you returning the vehicle with the passenger window completely ripped off wasn't our favorite experience either.
