Front license plate had 2025 sticker for registration and I got pulled over and had to explain
Thank you for letting us know. The vehicle registration is current through 2027, and the correct sticker is displayed on the rear plate. It looks like the front sticker may have been removed and replaced without our knowledge, and we’ll have that corrected right away. I’m sorry for the inconvenience and appreciate you bringing it to our attention.

I rented a Turo and went to pick up the car. I mistakenly grabbed the wrong car color (my daughter helped with the booking and I thought she said white but she had said red). The lockbox code was the SAME for both cars. I left in the white one, and this owner called the police to report the vehicle stolen. It was a simple mistake that could’ve been fixed with a simple phone call. I was refused a refund, and disrespected through the entire process. This is a SCAM! Do not rent from this person.
You're leaving out some key details. You took the wrong car and told us you couldn't bring it back for days which wasn't going to work because someone else had it reserved. You were screaming at us on the phone and then said "you're on my list". We will not be threatened. When you brought the car back and we said we're not doing business with you you refused to get out of the car or give up the keys. That's when the police were called.
We tried resolving this; you were unreasonable and rude.
