The service was excellent and the team ensured I knew all the guidelines. This isn’t my first rodeo with this fleet, so I expected nothing less. If I could be completely transparent the vehicle has seen better days. The interior needs a deep clean, there was dog hair and sand in the trunk on pickup, and the driver side door handle is missing a piece. The most important issue to resolve is that the brakes make an audible sound when braking at anything higher than 45 mph. More than likely the brakes and rotors need to be replaced. Other than that the car was in good working condition. I highly recommend this fleet!
