The car was amazing, drove well. The host answered the phone every time but communicated poorly. The host also arrived 30-45mins after the set pickup time.
I WAS NOT 30- 45min. LATE! This has never happened before in my entire Turo experience. I take very good care of my Guests. Your pick up time was 8pm. Vehicle was ready, key was left in a glovebox, l granted you access remotely, but you mentioned you did not know that, the vehicle was electric although TURO had vehicle description-you should have seen during booking. However, l took it upon myself, drove to the location, taught you all you needed to know. I was expecting a thank you not this!
