Car drove fine but tons of scratches on the outside. No blind spot protector, no car play, and gas fill up was messed up so we had to fill up 10 cents at a time. Seats not very clean. Feels like your in your dad’s truck on a random Tuesday. Not what I want to pay for as a rental. Has 5-6 people managing so you’re constantly talking to different people. Car wasn’t at the drop off when we came to pick it up. Turo is definitely not what it used to be before people made it into a profession and this is an example of it.

Besides the smoke smell, everything else was excellent. SUV drove well with no issues at all. Excellent customer service. Will rent from company again.
