This rental experience was the worst ever since being a customer with Turo. I traveled with kids and The vehicle smelt of heavy cigarette smoke the entire trip and several other issues that were told to hosts but never addressed . I would not rent this vehicle

Absolutely no issues with this vehicle. Pickup and drop off was straightforward. I can tell they take pride in their business and value the guest they provide service for, which is greatly appreciated.
