Absolute garbage!!! Car had nasty stains all over the seats. It smelled like someone was hotboxing the car for a few days. And there was garbage from the previous customer in the doors and glovebox. When I contacted host, they said the lot attendant would help, he came over took the garbage out and then said to contact the host, then I contacted host, he said attendant would help. In the end I had to take the car because they claimed there was nothing to swap to and the rental started, even though I was in the lot for over an hour trying to settle this issue. Ridiculous

Smelled like someone smoked in the car with the windows up. They switched me to another car same day so I will give them that. As soon as I stepped into the other car same smell but not as pungent. Also the car was very dirty. Trash in the glove compartment. Spills on something in the back seat. They had even asked me to give them an additional 30min to clean but seemed like nothing happened. This is the first time I ever leave a bad review on any platform. Nothing to the people renting but you have to make sure the work is being done
