Amazing car and service! I accidently locked the key fob in the car and immediately Steven was able to assist by opening the car remotely from wherever he was. Wow! Especially in a time of celebrating a life where it can be an emotional roller-coaster, this brought some peace. Unexpectedly, I had to extend the reservation for another day and the entire process on the app was user friendly and easy to navigate. Thank you Steven. Thanks to Turo. To God be all the Glory! Thank you GOD, for you were and always in control of every situation. 🫶🙌🙏

Great experience overall! The car was clean, reliable, and exactly as described. Pickup and drop-off were easy, and the host was responsive and helpful throughout the trip.
The only minor issue I noticed was that the brakes made a loud squeaking noise when pressed. The braking performance was okay.
Other than that, everything went smoothly, and I’d definitely recommend this host.

Its the rotors that caused that . the brand of those rotors sucks. I spray wd 40 tends to help with eliminating the squeaking . Brakes are fairly new so that is annoying.
Rental expierence was overall good. Car needs new wiper blades and brakes were squeaking.

Noted. Purchasing new blades. I check the brakes before the brakes are fine. Its those ventilated rotors I bought. They cause the brakes to squel. I will replace them when the brakes run out.
