To be perfectly transparent, I didnt cancel this trip. the car was delivered and ready to go for the trip.
the guest was set to arrive at 1030pm but didn't arrive until 130am and didn't submit license photos until then as well.
which if your license isn't submitted and approved, Turo wont send you the parking instructions. i sent the guest a message 12 hours prior to submit the photos and she did not. As a result her trip was canceled by turo for me because I was sleeping and didnt approve it.
