The guest involved with this reservation became very irate via text messaging. Became very disrespectful and ultimately started cussing me and calling me names. So we absolutely canceled his reservation. We do not tolerate that sort of disrespect from any guest. We treat all of our guests very kindly and with the utmost respect. Please see our other 1500 other reviews. In over 2100 trips we have only canceled 2 trips.
Great car and car seat. Easy pick up and drop off. Was able to easily extend.
