You were new to turo and didnt know where parking instructions were.
You called me at 1030pm and helped you find the car.
Then you called again and got mad at us, yelled at us when the airport credit card machine "ate your card, " and unfortunately we cant control what the airports machine do...
We provided you a clean quality vehicle and 5star communication.
