Vehicle was rough and host was unresponsive during & after trip.
Vehicle had several problems that should have already been resolved: consistent, loud rattle near passenger door; pulled to the left; cruise-control intermittently broken; rear floor mat in terrible shape all but ruining foot room for rear passengers. This "luxury" vehicle is offered at a premium price, yet is not a premium vehicle.
Host: never responded to issue (admittedly minor) during 7 day trip; never responded to invoice inquiries, but was **very quick** to send that invoice and demand quick payment.
Will not rent this vehicle or from this host again, at least not at this price.

Guest had mileage overage charge and was upset about an airport charge. Previous ratings provide a much better representation. Response to the airport charge: I completely understand the frustration, and I’m sorry for the confusion around the airport permit fee. Just to clarify, I do not set or receive the airport permit fee, and I honestly do not have visibility into the fees and charges Turo requires or applies to a trip.
Host was excellent! Very communicative! Escalade was new, clean and well kept!! Perfect fit for our vacation.
