Very unfortunate for Turo to deduct me $100. Guest booked car for 5am & refused to upload their ID so l didn't give the car's location as l will be liable if something happened. Guest callled Turo rep who did not even bother to call me & went ahead to cancel. Am all for improvement through feedback but l cannot give car to someone who refuse to upload their ID & l got charged $100 for following Turo's policy
