Overall, this was a positive experience. The Toyota 4Runner was clean, reliable, and exactly what we needed for our trip. The host was courteous, responsive, and easy to communicate with.
My only concern was the pickup and return process. Personally, I believe Turo rentals should include airport pickup and drop-off. After landing, having to arrange and pay for rideshare transportation to an off-airport location isn’t very convenient. Although the host was kind enough to allow me to return the vehicle at the airport, Turo still charged me a $50 fee for returning it to an unapproved location. I also had to pay the $14 airport exit fee when picking up the vehicle at the airport, and airport pickup would have cost an additional $100.
Those logistics took away from an otherwise great experience. The vehicle itself was excellent, and the host was great to work with. If you don’t mind the off-airport pickup and return process, I would definitely recommend renting this 4Runner.

When you booked, you had several options regarding Location: The car's home location you chose came with $0 cost.
The Airport option was available and that comes with Airport fees and Delivery fees as well.
In your case, l suspected you were flying in so l sent few messages to you to remind you to choose the right one.
You said it was expensive and l still delivered free
