This was my first time using Turo and I would do it again. The car met my needs, and hosts were very responsive and helpful.

Car had dog food in the 3rd row of back seat. Key Fob disabled for some reason and the doors locked with the car keys in them. Major set back. Because I had left them in the car several times during my use of the Outlander. Great car overall, though.

This guest locked the keys in the car while it was running. I'm not sure it's the cars fault. Nobody else has had that issue. Luckily Turo roadside assistance was able to help them.
Will def rent again … thank you it was exactly as described and the owners are fantastic !
