First of all, I appreciated the check in mid trip regarding my trip in this vehicle. I also appreciate the change in pick up location.
The vehicle arrived clean, instructions regarding location pick up and lock box were clear. Owner was quick to respond when I messaged.
The only issue was the vehicle shook a little. But once I got on the interstate, it was a smooth ride. Would rent again.
