The car could have been washed and cleaned prior to pickup. We had an issue with a tire that required a patch. While we were waiting for the tire to be evaluated, we messaged the owner and didn’t get a response for several hours. Luckily, a new tire wasn’t required but had it been we would have been left hanging. Santa Fe, New Mexico.
Will improve on these. We have over 1K trips and the metrics are there for folks to see and also the reviews below are there but we will learn from it. Unfortunate you saw the car to be uncleaned but pictures shows otherwise. l was in a church and responded back right after. Car did not have "Low Tire Press" when you picked up and clearly drove on a Nail during your trip but l get to be blamed for it. I will keep improving
