Apologies Heather.
As you were aware; previous guest refused to bring the car and l had to go and pick up car from guest location.
Car was to return at 7am in SAF and your trip starts at 11am at ABQ.
I was even late delivering to you and made you aware of proceedings.
Quickly washed car and vacuum and cleaned inside.
I still notice smell so l made you aware of the situation and ask if you will cancel.
l asked if there could be a few hrs for prof deep cleaning .
Again am sorry
Mr Reliable was communicative and helpful the whole time and the car was in excellent condition!
