Great response time! Car has been well loved but it worked for our family of 6!

Pickup was very easy. Picked up at the airport at night and couldn't find the ticket, but the max charge was $7, so that was easy. Easily found the ticket in the light of day!
Thorough and clear communication. I really appreciated that!!
Car exterior had some damage, which was a surprise, but didn't bother me at all. Might be a concern for some. Inside was reasonably clean. No odor. Probably how you'd feel in your own car at home. Passenger side windows kind of had a film or scratched. Not an issue unless you're trying to sightseeing through them.

Awful experience. Started experiencing issues with the vehicle 12 hours into trip. Process to cancel, Very inconvenient. Hours after returning, toddler in tow, flagging down shuttles and paying triple rental car price at airport because we rented the new car day of.. Instead of spending time with family and possibly we missing nieces graduation, I’m dealing with Turo.

Good car for travel, easy communication

Host was great at communicating and I felt safe in the car. I did have to pay to get it out of airport parking but it was only $7 so not a big deal. It does have some body damage that isn’t in the pictures and the AC wouldn’t work for me at all. The backup camera was not original to the vehicle and was pointing too high but I could at least see if there was a person behind the car when I backed up. There was a charging cord which was a thoughtful addition. Despite the wear on the vehicle and no AC it did feel reliable and safe and was much cheaper than a rental car. At the end of the day it did what I needed it to do and I appreciated the quick and clear communication.
