Easy rental with quick communication. Car was clean and charged and ready to go. Would rent from again!

car exterior was dirty
The exterior was admittedly dusty. Guest booked a heavily discounted 2-day reservation, during a busy mother's day weekend. Rain was forecasted, so washing the exterior felt excessive.
Guest wanted to extend their trip with further discounts, but was denied. So they threatened to return the car and book again if they saw the same discount later. Odd threat, but was not an issue. The 4 star rating appears to be a petty attempt at retaliation for not getting the additional discount they wanted.

No smoking allowed
Smoking in any Turo vehicle will result in a $150 fine
