Honestly, Ali was pleasant but this was the worst Turo vehicle I’ve ever rented. The vehicle has cosmetic damage such as scratches and slightly damaged bumper. It sounds like a motorcycle when you cut it on. The engine ticks and it putts when you’re idle at a light. The air does not work and when you cut it on for too long there is a whistling noise that is so unbearable you just cut it off. The ABS and brake light were on. There was also a warning message on the dash about airbag damage. This vehicle needs to be taken off of Turo and no one should be driving it not even the host. It was very clean on the inside
