I rate the host 5 stars, I rate first time use of the app 3stars. When booking, any time there was a change the pick up location defaulted back to host’s location. Missed this the third time and had to change location to airport last minute. Messages are sent with instructions as well as app required instructions that may or may not coincide. I’m sure it will work better a second time now that I know what to expect.
