Although I kind of want to keep them as my own secret, I cannot recommend Hector's Whips highly enough. I rent a lot of cars and, in Spokane, they are my go-to. Objectively, their cars are always clean, they are well maintained, if an issue comes up with the vehicle before the rental period starts they communicate it and have a better vehicle waiting, they respond very quickly to questions and messages. Subjectively from my own experience, their customer service is far superior to chain rental companies. I have had great interactions with many of their staff but in particular, Nicole is awesome. She is friendly, professional, and informative.
Like I said, I can't recommend them highly enough.
