We were in Thousand Oaks for a business trip and needed a car last minute. We booked a same day pickup. Even with a last minute booking the car was immaculate! Natalia was also an amazing host! Her communication was excellent and the whole process was so so easy. I wish I could give more than 5 stars! We will definitely use her again the next time we’re here.
