Host was terrible and the car needed maintenance once picked up! The host kept messaging and very much not experienced with Turo and its practice.
This renter did not return my vehicle and it is now more than ten days overdue. They blocked retrieval attempts through the platform and received multiple tickets during the rental. The car was delivered in excellent condition with proof, and the renter has made false claims about its condition. The vehicle has been reported stolen and this is now a police matter. I do not recommend renting to this person.
