The car was clean and the host was very helpful and responsive. The only reason i can not give a 5 star rating is because of a noise it was making when the brakes was applied. We had a long trip and it progressive got worst so much so that i was nervous about making it back home. We made it back safely, but unfortunately i was unable to get the full use of the car since i did not drive it once we arrived home on Sunday morning even though drop off was for Monday. The host Edna was absolutely amazing when i voiced my concerns and very apologetic. She had me drop it to her mechanic for matenaice so that her next guest will not have a problem.

Edna was a great host. She answered any needs that you needed. The car is fine only issue was the driver seat. Other than that car was fine. She acknowledged and let you know any issues prior I like that about her most host won’t do that. I would rent again.
