I only had two issues. The host was not responsive to my questions until one day before the trip which gave me no choice but to stick to the booking and the Audi 2011 doesn’t have aux or any place to connect the phone. A separate bluetooth device needs to be bought. Other than that, an overall okay experience

This was a disaster. When I picked up the car there was a warning message about low oil. The owner wasn’t present so I sent a photo of the message and he replied that it was a sensor issue and ok to drive. I needed the vehicle for an important doctor’s appointment the next day and carried on. The next morning as I was driving down the ramps in the condo the engine performed an emergency shutdown as I was cornering a I lost all power, including steering. I managed to coast to a safe spot without hitting another car. I got no response for 3 hours. I did manage to find a rental agency, but had to take a taxi to get to it. It has been two weeks and no credit for my payment and no response to my messages.
