The process of booking the car was good. There was good collaboration and communication. The pick up of the car was poorly organized however. There was no set drop off point or pick up point, very similar to the drop off on departure day at YHU. The condition of the Hyundai was good but not great. The windshield was filthy and driving into the sun almost impossible. The front end also needs work. Other than that, it held its own. The company can be trusted, but needs to just sort out the drop off points at YHU better.

Regarding vehicle drop-off and pick-up points at Saint Hubert airport in Montreal, parking is paid and costs $10 when it is not turnkey.

Vehicle was clean and had no issues and the host was on time dropping the car off at the arrival terminal and picking it up at the departures terminal when it was time to leave.
