Car was spotless on the inside and ran perfect the entire 10 day trip. WiFi was a great addition. Pickup instructions were clear and super easy to return at airport. Only 4 stars due to cracked windshield and outside needed a good cleaning.

For the exterior cleaning I did give the vehicle a wash prior to your booking but it was sitting in the airport parkade for a day and a half prior to your check-in so probably got a bit dusty. Sorry about that part of your experience but glad everything else went smoothly for your family.
