Car host was very responsive, pick up and return was simple and clear.
The only issue we had was with the AC. We used the car for a week in the Florida summer heat. In the morning, the AC worked fine, but when we drove it in the hottest part of the day, it did not cool down. We had to change cars, which was an inconvenience, but Turo helped us with the process.

The trip went well until the back AC vents stopped blowing cold air completely. The van also starts to shake when going over 65 mph. I would suggest only renting for short distance trips and not with small children in the back.
