I don't usually have issues with Turo, but this experience was not one that I'm accustomed to. The vehicle was very dirty inside and out. The windshield was extremely terrible and unable to see out of. The interior had a few dead bugs and one flying around while I was driving, which was dangerous, as I had to swing my hands around to get them away from my face while driving. There was a lot of trash in the car, including nicotine container, in which I had to get the van vacuumed. There was a lingering awful smell so I had to spray the Van. Also the van had not been taken to a car wash before my reservation. Highly disappointed with this rental. Not a great experience. Even after mentioning the issues with the host, I felt like I only received excuses and no resolutions. It was also disappointing that during peak summer time that they only offer 600 miles. I was in total shock that I didn't even leave out the van and a few minutes later received a notification of my overage of miles. It would have been a great gesture from the host to waive the overage in miles to compensate for all the issues I endured during this rental. Highly disappointed guest..

The car was great. There was like a faint smell like it had been smoked in that my kids noticed repeatedly. The car was comfortable and overall good.
When coming into the McNamara terminal, picking up at the big blue deck is inconvenient. But glad for an airport pickup.
