The host was wonderfully accommodating with pickup and drop-off and went above and beyond to help us set up the Bluetooth audio when the connection list was full—a new one for me! However, the van had a few major issues during our trip. While the host is aware and plans to address them, I wish I had been notified beforehand or that they were fixed prior to renting, as I would have chosen a different vehicle. Great host, but the van needs some attention.

Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations.
The concern you raised involved a minor cosmetic scratch that did not affect the vehicle's safety or performance. Throughout your trip, the vehicle remained fully functional, and I responded promptly to your messages and concerns. I was unable to provide an additional discount, as the rental price was already very competitive and reflected the condition of the vehicle.
Everything was great!

Tammy was a great communicator. The van was clean and neat when we received it. Would rent again.

The trip was great and the host was great also. We extended multiple times and she was always accommodating. Thank you!

Great car for a large family visit with 3 kids. Spacious enough for 2 car seats, a stroller, and 4 adults. Definitely recommend for larger families.
