I cannot recommend the entire REF team enough! To provide some context, my family and I were in the process of moving and needed a vehicle because our other car had already been shipped. We rented a Kia Carnival from REF that was nearly brand new, and we had absolutely no issues with it during our rental.
From start to finish, the REF team was incredibly responsive and helpful in answering all of our questions, especially since we were first-time Turo users. By paying the additional fee, REF was also able to accommodate our alternative pickup and drop-off locations, which made the entire experience much easier.
I especially want to highlight the drop-off experience. We had a ton of luggage, two young children, and more suitcases than we could easily manage. It would have been a logistical nightmare trying to return the vehicle to an airport parking lot while juggling everything.
Instead, one of the REF staff members personally met us at the arrivals terminal at MCO and completed the vehicle handoff right there. That level of service made an already stressful travel day significantly easier for our family.
We truly cannot thank REF enough and would highly recommend them to anyone considering renting through Turo. We would absolutely rent from them again!
