Absolutely outstanding experience from start to finish. The vehicle was exactly as described—spotless, well-maintained, and drove perfectly. Pickup and drop-off were seamless, and the host was responsive, professional, and made the entire process incredibly easy. You can tell they take great care of both their vehicle and their guests. This was one of the best Turo experiences I’ve had, and I wouldn’t hesitate to rent from them again. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a hassle-free rental. Five stars all the way!

Everything with the car was perfect. The off airport parking was a little bit of a pain.
We are really glad to hear the car was perfect for your trip. As for the parking, we completely understand, but just to clarify, the parking locations are a requirement set by Turo and the airport, not something we’re able to change. We do our best to make the process as smooth as possible, and we truly appreciate your understanding.
Nevertheless, we have moved our vehicles to a new parking to make things easier.

The parking of the car and trying to catch a shuttle was time consuming

Ric and Patty were truly a gem when hosting our Turo experience for our Orlando trip. Traveling as a family of 5 Ric offered to accommodate our circumstances and thensome which made dating this trip 5 stars easy. starting with The car it came in a clean condition and fully gassed up for our vacation. Ric had the option to offer car seats for our 3 kiddos, they came properly installed with all tethers for our forward and rear faced kiddos to drive around comfortably and safely. Second honorable mention is learning that the host were previous Disney Cast Members they offered assistance and their knowledge on navigating our Disney trip smoothly which made the magic of their hosting scene better. not only did Ric deliver exceptional service, he went above and beyond by driving the vehicle over to us at the airport to begin our trip. I’d highly recommend families to utilize the services of these hosts!
