I had a great experience with REF. The customer service was excellent from start to finish friendly, professional, and quick to answer any questions I had. The car was spotless when I picked it up and was clearly well maintained. It also exceeded my expectations on fuel efficiency, which saved me money throughout my trip. Overall, everything was smooth and hassle-free. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable rental experience.

Our experience with REF was excellent. The van was pristine, and when we had issues with the app completely not working when we returned the car, they worked with us to get the vehicle checked in and to cancel any late fees from Turo. They actually even refunded us a portion for turning the car in an hour early, which we did not ask them to do! Highly recommend this vehicle and company.
