Our experience with REF was excellent. The van was pristine, and when we had issues with the app completely not working when we returned the car, they worked with us to get the vehicle checked in and to cancel any late fees from Turo. They actually even refunded us a portion for turning the car in an hour early, which we did not ask them to do! Highly recommend this vehicle and company.
