Car was good, drop off location was wrong, had to take and pay for an uber on top of what I was billed, as well as parking lot fee that I had to cover. Dropping off was a nightmare as the location on app was off and when I called in, the representative didnt speak English. I would have liked to know about certain fees that I needed to cover before anything because as it was it became an unnecessary inconvinience for me. And now on top of that im being charged toll fees, considering what ive had to pay on top of regular fees I feel like thats unnecessary and host should cover that, no I still got charged and need to pay more on top of the extra $200 I paid separately.

Pickup at the airport was easy. They forgot to put the 2 car seats we had rented in the vehicle so left us in a bad situation late at night when getting car. Did deliver them the next day to our hotel.
